Trying out a new thing can be quite intimidating. You’re about to dive into the unknown and it’s normal for you to react with caution. So, if you’re not one of our lovely customers yet, maybe it’s because you have doubts and worries about our service. Well, we’re ready to bare it all with you. We’re going to address your worries once and for all with a hope that you can put your trust in us in the near future.

“Will I get what I wanted?”

We make sure that you will get a personalized box filled with items that you want and fit your likings. Our stylists go through a process of researching, getting to know you, collecting inspirations, until eventually choosing the right items for you. That’s why it’s important for you to be as detailed as possible when you fill in our style profile quiz! If you request a specific item in your Matchbox, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee that it will be included due to inventory fluctuations.

You can also leave a note where you can explain your preferences in details. It will help our stylists tremendously!

“Is this box worth the value?”

Yes! We’re confident to say that you will always get more in value than what you pay for. Don’t believe us? Check the receipt that we always include in your box. So, don’t worry about this.

“Is it really gonna be much simpler than shopping in retail stores?

Well, yes! First, you don’t have to go out of your house. Imagine, you don’t have to be in the battlefield aka the streets. Second, you don’t have to go through endless clothing and accessories options by yourself, causing you a headache (because you have a personal stylist–us). Third, you save your time, which is precious and should be used for more important things!

All you need to do is visit our website or download our app, choose a Yuna Matchbox that you want (we have different types of Yuna Matchbox!), choose a lineup (the content of the box), fill in our style profile quiz, leave a note, pay for it (we provide many payment methods!), sit back and relax. Before you know it, you’ll be unboxing your Matchbox. 

“Uh… what if I don’t like what’s inside the box?”

Oh well, we’re sorry if you feel that way. Fortunately, you’re given one-time free exchange. We do have emergency tips about this though, read here. You can give us feedback and tell us why the items don’t match your needs or likings. convenient, right?

“I’ve seen the items but I still can’t visualize it. What if I still don’t know how to style these items?”

When we say that our mission is to help women look and feel great through a seamless and empowering experience, we mean business! We don’t leave you hanging after choosing and sending the items to you, we include a personal note from our stylists where you will find the best styling tips. “Okay, the ordering part seems simple, but the exchange process? Must be complicated!”

Not at all. You’re given one-time FREE exchange. You can try the items on but don’t take off the tags. There will be a feedback form that you need to fill in whether you want to exchange the box or not. Give your reasons in proper manner and constructive words. Same goes if you like what you receive, please do let us know! If you want to exchange the box, you can simply send it back our way and you’ll get a new one soon.
